Parking Tips:
The most convenient parking is located on the north side of the building, near Entrance 1. The attached picture will show you the best drop off location and the best area to park.
There is also underground parking, which is convenient when it rains or snows. The elevator can bring you right to the second floor.
New Check-In Kiosk:
We’ve introduced a self-serve check-in kiosk to make your visit quicker and more efficient. When you arrive, simply follow the on-screen prompts at one of two tablets on your right, to check in—no need to wait in line. You will automatically be called to a room when it’s your turn. You may be directed to reception to update your health card, sign forms, collect a urine bottle, or pay an existing fee.
**When you are called to your exam room, please close the door behind you**
Same-Day Clinic Hours:
As of March 1, 2026, the clinic will be closed on Sundays.
Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED
