In order for us to continue to provide access to the highest-quality care possible for all of our patients, we are trying to reduce the number of missed appointments in our clinic. Missed appointments take valuable time away from other patients who are waiting to see their doctor or nurse.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you advise us as soon as possible. You can cancel your appointment by:
- Leaving us a detailed message (613-830-1298, extension 5)
- Choosing the Cancel Appointment option on your reminder email
- Or by speaking with one of our administrative assistants (613-830-1298, extension 3).
All appointment changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer your appointment to another patient. As usual, if you miss your booked appointment without at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a No Show fee of 50$. This includes appointments in the Same Day Clinic.
***NEW***: As of March 1, 2026, if you miss an appointment with the nursing staff, an automatic $25.00 no show fee will apply.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the doctor will not be able to see you and a $50.00 fee will apply.
We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. Extenuating circumstances may be taken into consideration.
