An annual appointment can be scheduled once every 12-24 months as per the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-term Care (MOHLTC) regulations.  We suggest scheduling an annual appointment every 18 months. These appointments are not for urgent matters but to bring up to date your long-term medications, and to ensure you have all your recommended screening tests done.  For urgent matters, please book a regular consultation with your physician.

You can also book your annual appointment by visiting the Health Myself Portal.

Flu shot clinics typically take place between mid-October and early December.  The dates are decided after we receive the vaccines from Public Health and are then posted in the What’s New section of our website. We also send a message through our patient portal to advise all our patients when clinics will take place and how to book. Please note that children under 8 who have never received the influenza vaccine need to have 2 doses 4 weeks apart.

Children who have received the influenza vaccine in the past only need one dose.  You cannot receive the influenza vaccine if you are allergic to eggs or have had an allergic reaction to the vaccine in the past.

If you submitted an insurance form to be completed, be assured that we will notify you as soon as it’s ready. Please note that fees apply to all forms.

If you need another immunization record, a nurse must go through you chart to record every immunization you have received. This is a long process and can take up to 2 weeks. A $25 fee applies.
