Dr. Mills went to McGill University medical School and graduated in 1989. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Montreal in 1991 and has worked in Eastern Ontario and Ottawa as a family doctor since 1991. She is an assistant professor at the University of Ottawa Family Medicine Department and is presently recruiting breast cancer patients for a Swim Study through the Ottawa Hospital and the University of Ottawa. Dr. Mills has been an investigating Coroner for the Province of Ontario since 1996 and is a patient advocate for Cancer Care Ontario, The Ottawa Hospital and the Canadian Parternership Against Cancer.
