You can now book an appointment for your flushot. You can book online with your patient portal OR you can call us at 613-830-1298 ext 3 to book.
In the portal – go to “Book New Appointment” and select the Flushot appointment type. This appointment will be for a flushot only.
By phone: The receptionists will answer calls during our regular business hours.
Monday-Thursday 8:30am to 11:30am and 12:30pm to 4:00pm
Friday 8:30 am to 11:30 pm

Instructions: Please wear short sleeves so that vaccination can be easily done without undressing. Please arrive on time or a little bit early for your appointment. While you are waiting for your vaccination, please remove your jacket and get ready. This will help move the line faster. You will only be asked for your health card if it needs to be updated in our system. Please make sure to bring it with you.
You will be asked to wait in your car for 5-10 minutes after the vaccination to make sure you don’t have any adverse effects.
